Iconic CLS exists for one reason: most transportation problems have very little to do with transportation. After nearly 15 years serving executives, families, entertainers, and private offices throughout Los Angeles, I built a private chauffeur and concierge service around ownership, communication, and accountability — not reservations. This is the thinking behind it.

What clients actually needed

Before founding Iconic CLS, I spent years serving clients throughout Los Angeles. During that time, I learned something that continues to shape our company today: the people who rely on transportation the most are often managing far more than transportation.

Executive Assistants are coordinating meetings, flights, schedules, households, events, and countless moving pieces throughout the day. Families are trusting someone not only with their time, but often with the people most important to them. Executives need to focus on their work — not on whether their chauffeur received the latest itinerary update.

What many clients truly needed wasn't another transportation company. They needed a dedicated support system — a proactive team that could anticipate problems before they occurred, communicate clearly, take ownership of details, and remove friction from their day.

That realization became the foundation for Iconic CLS.

From the beginning, our goal was never to build the largest transportation company in Los Angeles. Our goal was to build a better one — one built on relationships, not reservations.

A company where clients never feel like a reservation number. Where Executive Assistants don't have to repeatedly ask for updates. Where communication is proactive, accountability is clear, and preferences are remembered. Where luxury is defined not only by the vehicle, but by the experience surrounding it.
