Your Concierge Books the Flight Now, Too

Iconic CLS now arranges flights for its clients in Los Angeles and beyond. Ask Aura — in the app, through your assistant, or over the phone — and live options are in front of you within moments. Approve one in writing, and the house tickets it on your own card, then builds the rest of the travel day around it.
The car to LAX was never the whole errand. Before the chauffeur ever pulls up, someone had to find the flight, weigh the 6 a.m. nonstop against the civilized 7, and get it ticketed under the right name. That someone is now us.
How it works
Tell Aura where you need to be and when. She searches live fares, then presents two or three options with actual judgment — the nonstop that protects your morning, the later departure that spares you a dawn security line — not a page of four hundred results.
Choose one, and the confirmation is deliberate by design: your full legal name as it appears on your ID, the airline, the flight, the times, and the fare, restated in writing for your explicit yes. Only then does a member of the house ticket it. You'll hear "the house is ticketing it now" — and "confirmed" only when the airline's own confirmation exists in your name.
Your ticket, your card, your airline
Flights arranged through Iconic are ticketed on your own card, directly with the airline. Iconic never holds the fare. The ticket lives in your name, in the airline's system, with every protection and loyalty benefit that comes with it — we simply do the finding, the choosing, and the sitting on hold.
The flight is only part of the trip.
Ask in the app, through your assistant, or on a phone call
- In the app — message Aura the way you'd text a trusted assistant. A screenshot of an itinerary works, too.
- Through your EA — assistants arrange flights for their executives in the same thread where they book the cars, with the billing already sorted.
- Over the phone — call the line, and Aura reads you the best options aloud. No app required.
The travel day, assembled
Once the flight is filed, the rest follows in the same breath: a Mercedes-Maybach or Escalade to the airport, a car waiting on the other end — in New York and San Francisco, provided through the house's vetted partners — and a wake-up call if the departure is early.
On arrival days, the flight itself is watched. If it runs late, your pickup moves with it; no one circles, and no one waits.
When plans change
The ticket is yours, so changes are your right — and our errand. Tell Aura the plan moved, and the house handles the change with the airline, including the part everyone dreads: she waits on hold so you don't. Any fare difference or refund moves between you and the airline directly, on your card.

Common questions
Can Iconic CLS book flights for me?
Yes. Ask Aura in the app, through your assistant, or by phone. She presents live options; you approve one in writing, and the house tickets it on your card. Nothing is ever purchased without your explicit confirmation.
How do I pay for a flight arranged through Iconic?
On your own card, directly with the airline — the airline charges you, not Iconic. The ticket is issued in your name with the airline's own confirmation, so every airline protection and loyalty benefit stays yours.
What if my flight changes or I need to cancel?
Tell Aura. The house handles changes and cancellations with the airline on your behalf — including waiting on hold. Because the ticket is yours, any fare difference or refund settles between you and the airline directly.
The details of a travel day are exactly the kind of details we mean when we say when the details matter, ride Iconic. Reserve your chauffeur.
