These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the chauffeur services, website, and SMS notifications provided by Iconic CLS, a luxury private chauffeur and concierge service based in Los Angeles, California.
By booking with or using the services of Iconic CLS (we, us), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to do so and to accept these terms for them.
Iconic CLS provides luxury private chauffeur and concierge transportation in the Los Angeles area, including point-to-point transfers, airport transfers, hourly as-directed service, and special-event transportation. Services are subject to availability, vehicle and chauffeur scheduling, and road and weather conditions.
Bookings may be made by text, email, our website, or directly with our team. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Iconic CLS. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, stops, and special requests, which may affect pricing.
Iconic CLS operates an SMS notification program to keep you informed about your trips. By providing your mobile number or texting our booking line, you consent to receive text messages from Iconic CLS, including:
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. For help, reply HELP or contact support@iconiccls.com or 310-757-5588. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Rates are based on the service type, route, duration, stops, and any add-ons or applicable charges, plus an automatic service charge where indicated. A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking. Charges are processed on or around the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the service type and the notice provided. Certain services may require a deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee. We will communicate any applicable fees before they are charged.
Clients and passengers agree to behave safely and lawfully during service. Iconic CLS may decline or end service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct. You are responsible for any damage to a vehicle caused by you or your guests beyond ordinary use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic CLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, flight changes, or carrier message delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
